The hotel offers good and satisfactory breakfast with desserts and dipping sauces. the setting is perfect and comfortable, so close to hangout spots like Mcdonalds, Starbucks, Alamanda shopping centre, and Putra Jaya marina.

The room at Mercure Living Putrajaya was amazing! It had air conditioning, a comfy seating area, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. I felt like I was at home. The private bathroom with a bidet and free toiletries was a nice touch. I didn't have to worry about packing my own toiletries. Some rooms even had a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and minibar. It was so convenient to have everything I needed right there.
Personally, I didn't use the washing machine in my twin/double room. It was a bit unnecessary for me.

Great value for money and well-equipped room with comfortable bed and feather pillows. Very professional staff and quick to respond. The pool area is clean too. Strategic location of the place - 15 minutes walk from bus station. Excellent for visiting an upbeat shopping mall.

the service was all in all excellent. the room was brand-new, reasonably large and complete with queen size bed, hairdryer. the breakfast was above average and tasteful with desserts and dipping sauces, for instance, and also the staff were all helpful. location: the hotel was not far from the animal farms, shops and mcd and starbucks.

The location was convenient, with shops nearby and easy access to Alamanda mall. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Putrajaya.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the center of Putrajaya and close to many nearby attractions. The staff provided exceptional service and were very attentive to my needs. The basic amenities in the rooms were all I needed for a comfortable stay, especially the rooms with the queen size bed in the Premium 2 bedrooms. The home-like facilities, such as the stove and washing machine, added an extra level of convenience. The value for money was great, especially since breakfast was not included.
